FusionWORX

Plyometrics, Isometrics, Olympic lifts, Core Strengthening, Cardiovascular, Anaerobic and more FUSED together to bring you an ever challenging workout.  All levels of fitness are welcome, we guarantee you will see and feel results in 6 weeks. For a fraction of the price of local Speed, Strength and Conditioning programs, FusionWORX guarantees results in a short amount of time.

Position Specific FusionWORX is offered specifically to Athletes looking to compete at a higher level. Each position  utilizes a specific set of muscle groups, movements and skills. Evaluating each individual, their body type along with their strength and weaknesses, our staff engineers a workout to maximize the anatomy and physiology of each athlete and their positions. A personal evaluation is available upon request and is recommended for each athlete. Upon request 

Classes are held Monday and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm as well as Saturdays at 9 am. For a fraction of the price of local Speed, Strength and Conditioning programs, FusionWORX guarantees results in a short amount of time.

FusionWORX BODY BOOTCAMP

High Intensity BODY BOOTCAMP combines Cardiovascular, Anaerobic and Bio-mechanical movements for tremendous weight loss and muscle definition. All levels of fitness are welcome, we guarantee you will see or feel results in 6 weeks. A strong support group with a great group of people and instructors. It takes a village. Private consultations and evaluations are available upon request to monitor progress and get personalized recommendations.

 

MONDAY AND WEDNESDAYS @ 5:30PM ! 

FUSION FITNESS KICKBOXING 

Using techniques in Kickboxing, Boxing, and Martial Arts, Kickboxing Fusion is fun, high energy and challenging. You will learn proper striking fundamentals while practicing skills and techniques that can be useful. Participates will do mitt work, hit the heavy bag, and learn kicks seen in martial arts taught by skilled Martial Artists. You will get a great cardio workout burning calories and developing striking skills. We will also combine fitness techniques with stretching that will challenge all levels of fitness. No sparring or Fighting will take place in this fitness class! Please bring hand wraps, water bottles and a towel.
